Waiting Time Policy

At Limousine Australia, we understand that unexpected delays can happen. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have set out the following waiting time policy for all bookings.

Complimentary Waiting Time

  • Airport Transfers: 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included after the confirmed landing time.

  • Other Transfers (residential, hotels, events): 10 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included after the scheduled pick-up time.

Extra Waiting Time

  • After the complimentary period, waiting time is charged at $25 per 15 minutes (or part thereof).

  • Extra waiting time can be pre-booked when making a reservation or added to the final invoice if delays occur.

  • Waiting time is charged per vehicle, not per passenger.

Flight Delays and Monitoring

  • For airport pick-ups, we actively monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, our driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly.

  • Standard complimentary waiting still applies after the updated landing time.

Responsibility of the Passenger

  • If the passenger is not ready to depart at the scheduled time and waiting exceeds the complimentary allowance, charges will automatically apply.

  • If the delay exceeds 1 hour without prior notice, the booking may be considered a “no show” and full charges may apply.
