At all major Australian airports, our chauffeurs meet clients at designated arrival points—typically near baggage claim for domestic flights and just outside customs for international arrivals. Look for a chauffeur holding a name sign. We monitor all flights for delays, assist with luggage, and ensure a seamless, professional pickup experience at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and beyond.

 

  • Airport Meeting Points – Sydney Airport (SYD)

Sydney Airport has two main passenger terminals:

  • T1 – International Terminal

  • T2 & T3 – Domestic Terminals

To ensure a smooth experience, please refer to the meeting instructions below based on your arrival terminal. T1 (international airport is 4 kilometers away from domestic airport (T2, T3)


International Terminal (T1)

Arrival Hall Meeting Point

Our chauffeur will meet you inside the Arrival Hall, after customs and quarantine clearance. Please follow these steps:

  1. Collect your baggage.

  2. Pass through customs and exit into the public area.

  3. Look for your chauffeur holding a sign with your name or company logo near the Meeting Point sign, opposite Hudson’s Coffee.

Chauffeur Contact & Assistance

If you can’t locate your chauffeur:

  • Call or SMS your chauffeur using the contact details sent via confirmation.

  • Alternatively, contact our support line for assistance.

Note:

  • For airport regulations, chauffeurs are not allowed inside the customs area.

  • If you are delayed due to immigration or baggage, please notify us to avoid waiting charges.


Domestic Terminal (T2 – Jetstar, Virgin, Rex)

Baggage Claim Meeting

Your chauffeur will meet you near the baggage claim area or just outside the arrivals hall, depending on airport congestion and parking access.

Look for your chauffeur with a name sign near:

  • Carousel 3-5 for Virgin Australia

  • Carousel 6-9 for Jetstar and Rex

Alternative Pickup Zones

In case of heavy traffic or request, pickups may be coordinated at the Express Pickup Zone (Green Zone), just a short walk from the terminal.


Domestic Terminal (T3 – Qantas)

Inside Terminal Meeting

Our chauffeur will wait near the baggage claim area inside the T3 terminal:

  • Close to Carousel 1 or 2, depending on the flight.

Express Pickup Option

If preferred, we may also coordinate a pickup from the Qantas Priority Pickup zone, especially for frequent flyers or corporate bookings.


Helpful Tips for All Arrivals

  • Flight Tracking: We monitor your flight in real time and adjust chauffeur arrival accordingly.

  • Waiting Time: We offer 45 minutes free waiting from the time of flight landing for international flights, and 30 minutes for domestic.

  • Assistance with Luggage: Your chauffeur will assist with your bags and escort you to the vehicle.

  • Child Seats Available: Pre-booked booster or baby seats are provided on request.

 

Airport Meeting Points – Melbourne Airport (MEL)

Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) has four main passenger terminals:

  • T1 – Domestic (Qantas)

  • T2 – International

  • T3 – Domestic (Virgin Australia)

  • T4 – Domestic (Jetstar, Rex, and others)

International Terminal (T2)

Meeting Point After Customs

Upon arrival at Terminal 2 (International), follow these steps:

  1. Clear customs and immigration.

  2. Exit into the public arrivals hall.

  3. Your chauffeur will be waiting near the Information Desk, holding a sign with your name or company logo.

If You Can’t Find Your Chauffeur

  • Contact the chauffeur using the mobile number provided in your confirmation.

  • Or call our 24/7 support team for immediate assistance.

Important Note

  • Chauffeurs are not permitted to enter the customs-controlled area.

  • Free waiting time: 45 minutes after flight arrival to accommodate immigration and baggage delays.


Domestic Terminals (T1, T3, T4)

Terminal 1 (Qantas Domestic)

Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal near the baggage claim area or outside at the priority pickup zone, depending on parking availability.

Terminal 3 (Virgin Australia Domestic)

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the public arrivals hall. Your chauffeur will be waiting nearby with a name sign, close to Carousel 1–2.

Terminal 4 (Jetstar, Rex, and other low-cost carriers)

Due to limited access inside T4, chauffeurs typically meet passengers at the designated rideshare or express pickup point, a short walk from the terminal.


General Meeting Instructions

  • Name Sign: Look for your name on a board held by our chauffeur.

  • SMS Update: You will receive a message when your chauffeur arrives.

  • Luggage Help: Our chauffeurs assist with your bags and escort you to the vehicle.


Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time

  • We monitor all domestic and international flights in real time.

  • Free waiting time: 30 minutes for domestic, 45 minutes for international.

  • Additional waiting charges may apply beyond these windows.

Airport Meeting Points – Perth Airport (PER)

Perth Airport has multiple terminals for both domestic and international flights, located across two precincts:

  • T1 – International & Domestic (including Virgin Australia)

  • T2 – Regional Flights

  • T3 & T4 – Qantas Domestic & International

Terminal 1 – International Arrivals

Meeting Point After Customs

Once you’ve cleared immigration and customs:

  1. Proceed to the public arrivals area inside Terminal 1 International.

  2. Your chauffeur will be waiting near the Information Desk, holding a sign with your name or company name.

  3. If you’re unable to locate your chauffeur, please call the number provided in your confirmation SMS or email.

Note:

  • Chauffeurs cannot enter customs-controlled zones.

  • We provide 45 minutes free waiting time from the moment your flight lands.


Terminal 1 – Domestic Arrivals (Virgin Australia)

Passengers arriving on Virgin Australia domestic flights at T1 Domestic can meet their chauffeur at the:

  • Baggage claim area, or

  • Rideshare/priority pickup zone just outside the terminal.

Your chauffeur will be holding a name sign and ready to assist you with your luggage.


Terminal 2 – Regional & Charter Flights

For regional arrivals via T2:

  • Your chauffeur will meet you near the baggage collection belts, or at the public pickup area located just outside the terminal.

  • This terminal serves carriers such as Alliance Airlines, Cobham, and other regional operators.


Terminals 3 & 4 – Qantas Domestic & International

Domestic Flights

Qantas domestic passengers arriving at T3 or T4 will be met by their chauffeur:

  • Inside the terminal, near baggage carousels, or

  • Outside at the Priority Pickup Area, depending on traffic flow and parking access.

Qantas International Flights (T4 International)

After exiting customs, proceed to the general arrivals hall where your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign. The meeting point is typically close to the Information Counter.

  • SMS Updates: You’ll receive an SMS once your chauffeur is onsite.

  • Contact Number: Provided upon booking for any coordination needs.

  • Luggage Assistance: Chauffeurs assist with your bags and escort you to the vehicle.

  • Free waiting: 45 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic.

  • Additional waiting time may incur standard charges.

Airport Meeting Points – Brisbane Airport (BNE)

Brisbane Airport consists of two main passenger terminals:

  • International Terminal (Level 2 Arrivals – Terminal D)

  • Domestic Terminal (Terminal B)

International Terminal – Level 2 Arrivals (Terminal D)

Meeting Point After Customs

After your flight arrives and you’ve cleared immigration and customs:

  1. Proceed to the public arrivals hall on Level 2.

  2. Your chauffeur will be waiting near the Information Desk, holding a sign with your name or company logo.

  3. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, contact the number provided in your confirmation SMS or email.

Additional Notes:

  • Chauffeurs cannot enter the customs-controlled area.

  • Free waiting time: 45 minutes after flight landing to accommodate processing delays.


Domestic Terminal – Terminal B

Qantas & Virgin Australia Arrivals

After collecting your luggage:

  1. Exit the baggage claim area.

  2. Your chauffeur will be waiting just outside the terminal near the passenger pickup zones, holding a signboard with your name.

Depending on traffic flow or client preference, pickups may be arranged at the:

  • Priority Pickup Zone (Ground level), or

  • Rideshare Pickup Zone (Short walk from arrivals)

You’ll be informed of the exact pickup point via SMS before arrival.


Chauffeur Coordination

  • Name Sign: Chauffeurs hold a name board for easy identification.

  • Flight Monitoring: We track your flight in real time and adjust arrival accordingly.

  • Luggage Assistance: All bookings include baggage support from terminal to vehicle.


Waiting Time & Delays

  • Free waiting: 30 minutes for domestic, 45 minutes for international.

  • Please call us if you’re delayed at immigration or baggage claim.

  • Additional waiting time may incur standard charges.

International Arrivals

Meeting Point After Customs

After you land and complete immigration and customs procedures:

  1. Exit into the public arrivals hall on the ground floor.

  2. Your chauffeur will be waiting near the Information Desk, clearly holding a name sign.

  3. If you do not see your chauffeur, please call the contact number provided in your confirmation email or SMS.

Waiting Time Allowance

  • 45 minutes of complimentary waiting after flight landing is included for international arrivals to accommodate immigration or baggage delays.


Domestic Arrivals

Meeting Point at Baggage Claim

Domestic passengers (Qantas, Virgin, Jetstar, Rex, etc.) will meet their chauffeur:

  1. Inside the terminal, near the baggage claim belts.

  2. The chauffeur will be standing in the public area with a name board.

If terminal access is restricted or during peak times, an alternative pickup may be arranged at the Designated Public Pickup Area just outside the terminal.

  • Flight Tracking: We monitor all incoming flights in real-time for delays or early arrivals.

  • SMS Notification: You’ll receive a text when your chauffeur is en route or has arrived.

Free Waiting Time

  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes free waiting from scheduled landing time

  • International flights: 45 minutes free waiting after landing

Extra charges apply beyond the complimentary waiting window.

Adelaide Airport operates from a single integrated terminal for both domestic and international flights. All arriving passengers—whether from within Australia or overseas—use the same main terminal building, making the meeting process simple and consistent..

Canberra Airport features a single terminal that handles both domestic and international flights, making it easy for passengers to locate their chauffeur regardless of flight origin.


Domestic Arrivals (Qantas, Virgin Australia, Rex)

Meeting Point – Arrivals Hall

After collecting your baggage:

  1. Proceed to the Arrivals Hall, which is located on the ground floor near baggage claim.

  2. Your chauffeur will be waiting near the Information Desk or designated Passenger Meeting Point, holding a sign with your name or company logo.

  3. Assistance will be provided with luggage and escorting you to your vehicle.


International Arrivals (Occasional Flights)

Canberra Airport operates limited international services. For international flights:

  1. After clearing customs and immigration, exit into the public arrivals area.

  2. Your chauffeur will be stationed near the customs exit, clearly visible with your name sign.


Chauffeur Communication & Services

  1. After disembarking, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage.

  2. Exit into the public arrivals hall, located on the ground floor of the terminal.

  3. Your chauffeur will be waiting near the Information Desk or the designated Passenger Meeting Point, holding a sign with your name or company logo.

  4. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact the number provided in your booking confirmation.

Additional Notes:

  • Chauffeurs are not permitted to enter the baggage claim area.

  • For international arrivals, 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided to accommodate customs and immigration procedures.
