1. Service Agreement
Limousine Australia provides professional chauffeur-driven transport services as confirmed at the time of booking.
- All services are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, road conditions and traffic circumstances.
- We reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle where required due to operational needs.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings may be confirmed by phone, email or online booking form.
- A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure a booking.
- For weddings, formals and multi-vehicle bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
- Full payment must be made before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
3. Changes & Cancellations
- All booking changes and cancellations must follow our Change and Cancellation Policy.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may incur cancellation charges.
- Changes are subject to availability and may affect the final fare.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- Smoking, drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are not permitted inside our vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles due to misconduct, negligence or failure to follow chauffeur instructions.
- Passengers must behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and other road users.
5. Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include reasonable waiting time to account for flight delays and arrivals.
- For non-airport pickups, a standard grace period may apply before waiting charges are incurred.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Limousine Australia is not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to providing a replacement vehicle or refunding the booking amount where a service cannot be rendered.
- We are not liable for missed flights, connections, events or other losses resulting from service delays.
7. Vehicle Allocation
Limousine Australia reserves the right to substitute vehicles of similar class and capacity if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
