1. Service Agreement

• Limousine Australia agrees to provide professional chauffeur-driven transportation as per the confirmed booking.

• All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and traffic circumstances.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or online booking form.

• A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure a booking.

• For Weddings, Formals, and Multi-Vehicle Bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with final payment due 7 days prior to the event.

• Payment must be made in full before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Changes and Cancellations

• All changes or cancellations must follow our Change and Cancellation Policy [link if available].

• Late cancellations and no-shows will incur cancellation charges as outlined in our policy.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

• Smoking, drug use, or excessive consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to misconduct, negligence, or failure to comply with chauffeur instructions.

• Passengers must behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and other road users at all times.

5. Waiting Time

• For airport pickups, reasonable waiting time is included to account for flight delays (up to 60 minutes after landing).

• For all other pickups, a standard grace period of 15 minutes applies before waiting time charges may be incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Limousine Australia is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, accidents, or mechanical breakdowns.

• Our liability is strictly limited to providing a replacement vehicle or refunding the booking amount if services cannot be rendered.

• We are not liable for missed flights, connections, events, or other losses due to service delays.

7. Vehicle Allocation

• Limousine Australia reserves the right to substitute vehicles of similar class and capacity if the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link if available].

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
